"Inexpensive oil, subpar cheese, and no espresso coffee available. I find it hard to understand why a restaurant would serve Italian pastries without offering espresso coffee. It really baffled me."

"I have called this place several times and every time I call , I get put on hold immediately.Today it was 3 times and at least 5 min hold each time… I finally gave up and went elsewhere… this is not the first time. And it was about 4:50 pm don’t think that is peak time. However it is very rude."

"John's of Arthur Avenue is the greatest Italian restaurant Middletown New York has ever had! I wish I could give 100 stars!!! The food is straight out of grandma's kitchen, you can actually taste the love in the marinara sauce. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like family, I would recommend to anybody who wants a great meal at an unbeatable price! A beloved staple our community!!!!
