"We had reservations at BRU Burger before attending a concert at the Aronoff. There was no heat in the restaurant. I sat on my hands to keep them warm. Most people were wearing their coats as they ate. I ordered my burger medium . It was completely cooked through, definitely well done. We felt sorry for the servers. First, they shouldn 't have had to work with no heat. Secondly, they seemed understaffed for the evening. The few servers that were there could barely keep up. No explanation or apology from the manager to any customer. I guess that would be a little difficult when it appears she was also bussing tables."
