"I went yesterday and it was the worst service ever! The lady on the ride thru with red hair and manager was rude! I'm not going so much to DQ, but now I can't even go to this, although it's closet to my house. I ordered onion rings with my meal, but was calculated for frits, although the checkout repeated what I said. Before I left, I tried to fix it, but the lady with red hair was rude and said it was an upgrade charge for the onion rings, but I did not order any pommes. I said I understood, but I didn't order Pommes, even though I was charged for Pommes. She didn't want to fix it and close the window. So I called to talk to the manager (which was questionable), because nobody could give me the name. So, this lady (which I think was the same from the drive thru) said she was the manager was rude. I told her what happened and when I asked about the lids for the Blizzards. She told me that it is not in her policy to put lids on her blizzards that we need to ask the customers for lids....what I did around this. But I told her what happened to my order and she wanted to fix it to which I was suspended."
