"We arrived at our reserved time only to discover that the restaurant was closed. It was frustrating to find out that the restaurant had not communicated their closure on their website or social media platforms, or on Open Table where we had made our reservation. We were very disappointed and will not be using Open Table for reservations in the future."

"we were excited to try this restaurant. our experience started positiw when we sat early for our reservation, then it went quite down. When we wanted to order our meal, we learned that they were from thun, salmon and yellow fins for sushi. we had to reorder. we ordered the catfish until the start and waited approx. 10-15 minutes. it was good- fish was light and crispy. but then we waited for our meal for an hour. absolutely unacceptable. my man ordered a simple fish sandwich and pommes that should not be a problem, and I ordered sushi and brokkoli. somehow the sushi came out in 50 minutes, but we waited for the sandwich, pommes and brokkoli. we didn't give the server a hard time or make a big fuss, and she took his sandwich and fries out of the bill, but we won't be back. the manager never came by. there are too many fabulous places to eat in strip and throughout the city. that was a big mistake for us today."

"Pigeonhole has been on our go-to list for a while but the confusion and construction around it has kept us away. Well, the roadworks are now past it and we decided to try their breakfast options (parking on the street is free until 9 am)....My wife had the pancake and maple, my son had the benedict and I had the Vic complete breakfast. Dishes range in price from $18 to $22, so it is not a cheap place to eat. We all enjoyed out food and our service (thank you, Terry). Along with coffee and tea, our bill total, before tip, was $71. So, breakfast does not put Pigeonhole into the top category, but we must come back here to see how they do for supper."

"This restaurant is definitely worth trying, I highly recommend it. The food is delicious and the staff is excellent. Stacy and Helena were great waitresses and made the experience very enjoyable. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I especially loved the burgers and fried zucchini planks. The burgers between grilled cheese sandwiches were a creative twist on American favorites. Laura Kelly is also a fantastic hostess. Thank you to Bill, Stacy, Helena, Laura, for a wonderful dining experience. I can't wait to come back. The restaurant is very clean. Thanks, Chuck and Mom."

"The first time went and the service was great! We ordered a pitcher beer, enjoyed the very hot and fresh Dill Pickle Speere and Jalapeño Poppers as an appetizer. Our server was so sweet and helpful with the menu questions we had and offered patterns of wing sauces. I ordered the double BLT and the bacon was crispy and the tomatoes were fresh, really delicious! I'm looking forward to going back."

"The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the drinks are reasonably priced with generous servings! However, more impressive than the food, drinks, or atmosphere are the staff who work here. I accidentally left my purse here 2 days ago and not only was it still there, but it was safely stored in the back room and everything inside was untouched. This level of honesty and care should be the norm, but unfortunately, it is not always the case. Every staff member here was helpful, reliable, and I am extremely grateful for their exceptional handling of my lost property. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!"

"We were there at 5:30pm on a weekday before a baseball game, and were extremely disappointed there was only an event menu available for food. We chose this restaurant based on outdoor patio seating and the menu items we saw online, to find the items we wanted were unavailable to order, they had an event menu for the evening, which was VERY limited. The service on the patio was extremely slow, at least 10 minutes from when we arrived until we were waited on, and the same from when we ordered a beer to when we received it. We ordered fish chips corned beef sandwich, both were very good, a little pricy for the portion size."

"I went here yesterday with two of my friends, I'm a busy mom and go out maybe once or twice a year for drinks. Our waitress came up to our table and she wasnt mean but she wasn't incredibly nice or friendly either. She asked if we were getting food, we told her no, and she took our drink orders. She brought our drinks and then never checked on us again for the next hour and a half, we had to flag her down for our bill. Had she been more attentive, I would have gotten several more drinks, as well as my friends. The whole time we watched her dancing and singing, not paying attention to anything. Needless to say, I definitely wont be back for my one night out a year. ??"
