"that was an interesting place. the hotel is located in the city and in a remarkable building. I wore a jacket with open hemd, but I would have felt good with a tie. the menu is quite limited, but unique. I tried to perfect the braided wild boar. fall the bone and very delicate. presentation was great. overall it was a pleasant night. I could offer a service that was a little slow. but it was a relaxed night and was not in a hurry. not sure whether the menu changes or how often. the location also has a shocked bar, wine area and an ice cream section."
