"I used to love Sushi Bistro but we went for dinner recently and based on that meal, I will likely not go back. First, I want to start with the positive. We requested a table ahead of time on Google and I would like to say that our table was ready with no waiting. Staff was nice. Now for the bad, the food was soooo disappointing. All meat, in all ways we were served, was over cooked. The tempura shrimp in my sushi was chewy. I ordered the kids teriyaki chicken bowl for my son- chicken was so overcook he couldn’t even chew it enough to eat it so he pretty much ate nothing for dinner at the restaurant. My husbands hibachi chicken was also extremely overcooked and chewy. Terrible. I also had an upset stomach the entire day after eating this meal. Not sure if it was related but also not certain that it wasn’t."
