"The appetizers here were so good. We ordered the Sticky Tamarind Ribs and loaded pho fries and both are a must must try! The fries are smothered with the brisket gravy and some siracha mayo sauce just makes it so addictive. The tamarind ribs are so juicy, and tender, and fell right off the bone. The sauce is tart, tangy, and honestly so delicious. The pho and bun bo hue is good too. The cha pa pho is so much fun with the most perfectly cooked bone-in short rib that had so much meat. The portions here were so big and perfect. I prefer thinner pho noodles and I feel like these noodles were a little more different from what I was used to but that's a personal issue. We had so many leftovers and the service was so kind. It's a tight space and very casual but the people go in and out fast. I highly recommend it!"

"This is absolutely the best Chinese food in Austin. I've tried other places and they just don't compare! The flavor is always spot on, they quality of the ingredients is great, the portions of food are more than adequate, and the price is unbeatable. "My husband and I have been to Sato before twice and have loved the food and experience. This time we took a few friends with us and the food was still amazing but the service was very slow. The waiter never came to to table to ask if we needed more water or anything. Then we waited 20 minutes for the bill. There was a couple that even sat next to our table, the waiter never even came to grab their drink order so they left."

"great culinary experience! my reason for eating was because I saw that they had lanzhou noodle soup on the menu and since my time in china I have been looking for this suppe. well, I didn't find it tasteful, but the suppe is a strong beef-oxtail soup that has a great character. many meats in the suppe. the ordered potters were really good/love the diving sauce. I have the seuan boiled dumplings that came the hot chili oil. good taste!"

"hang down the best hot pothole I tried. the service was also impeccable. every worker has constantly checked us with very positive vibes. our waitress was friendly and super helpful. the epitome of good service here! I had the kalbi and ribeye combo with tannenbrühe and musubi. delicious! To be honest, other hot pots I tried were all disappointing. if this place does not work, I would probably have given up on hot pot. thanks for a wonderful experience!"

"We've been going to this location for years but occasionally the food isn't so good. My other half gets sick all the time eating at this place. I get sick occasionally but not too bad. "Probably one of the worst dining experiences that we have had. The service was extremely slow, our appetizer took minutes to get. We placed our order shortly after placing our order for our appetizer and after an hour and a half we finally decided to leave after asking twice for them to box our food up to go. We paid the bill and tipped the server but received none of our food outside of the appetizer. Extremely disappointing! To add insult to injury they did not comp any of our meal back after we paid the bill"
