"Awful. Got there at 832. Eighth in line. Left at 847. Still eighth in line. Went across the street , ordered, paid, received and left and the car that was in front of me at DQ was still there. It looked like they stopped taking orders cuz theline was the same and there was no one at the window. You guys really gotta get your act together. This experience was justawful. Wish I could give 0 stars."

"I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The Rotisserie Chicken salad was delicious, but the highlight was definitely the ice cream coffees, Blizzard shakes. The Banana shake was made with real fruit, which was a nice touch. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating when I had a special packaging request. I highly recommend this place."

"I recently visited a Dairy Queen location in the South and it was one of the worst experiences I've had. The ice cream cones were stale and the ice cream and blizzards were already melting when they were handed to me. The kitchen seemed disorganized with only high school age workers goofing off. It looked dirty and not well-maintained. I would suggest going to Culver's instead. Dairy Queen's customer relations seemed insincere with their generic response to feedback, offering empty promises of improvement without any actual changes being made."

"Although the fast food at this restaurant is pricey, the service is consistently good and the food is delicious. It is one of the few places in town that offers a variety of high-quality ice cream options and they are the only place that sells ice cream cakes. The portions are smaller than expected for the price, such as the $5 lunch salad which appeared larger in the picture but actually comes in a small container more akin to a side salad."

"Just had to wait. Apparently, a lot of people order Door Dash from here so that may be a part of it. Sidenote: It's a little weird to have ice cream delivered, but if that's a part of your delivery order, beware the wait times and order at your own risk. They may seem a little short staffed occasionally, so the order may take some time but the food is as expected."
