"I placed an order through the app last night and chose to pick it up in-store. When I arrived, I parked and walked towards the entrance, only to find the door locked with no signs indicating why. The app stated that my food was ready, so I called the store hoping someone could bring my order out from the pickup shelf I could see just beyond the locked door. To my surprise, no one answered; the phone just kept ringing. I ended up waiting 45 minutes in the drive-thru, and when I finally got to the window, I had to wait another 5 minutes while the staff tried to charge me for someone else's order. In the meantime, my food was left sitting on the shelf and had gone completely cold. The employees were not only rude but also clearly incompetent. This experience made me realize that this is no longer fast food."
