"Always missing order notes. I order hazelnut coffee creamer and pay extra for it and it is never. It's always milk. Don't people understand that some people are lactose intolerant and creamer actually doesn't have lactose in it. Their turkey sausage is nothing more than those little frankfurters that you get at a party. Absolutely terrible. No taste at all. Once a mistake but 2nd third time, they have lost me as a customer."

"I wanted to write this review for a past, and I had a very clear opinion about this subway until today. my friend and I have been coming to these subways for years and we have always been visited by the old manager beatriz. a few months back I was alerted that beatriz took over a new roll in the company and the new manager name is berthania. first it was blinded, my friend likes a lot sharp and every time we would ask for extra, she would just give us a look at the point where we started to feel uncomfortable when we ordered her. the last stroh was a day when I asked for extra mozzarella because she would cut a single disc into 4 pieces and charge me 2 dollars. She told me I had to pay extra. my normal $27 order was suddenly 34. I wondered why she reacted with the “Labour Policy” that was not important to me, but I often ordered the same and never paid for it. then I'd turn around and eat somewhere else. all this has changed today. I had the pleasure of meeting ariel and anna. they have changed my mind over this subway. I have the best service I've ever got on this subway. I will only return to me for them and my friend feels so comfortable with our experience and for once my friend does not feel ashamed for his selection of sandwich. Subway, if there is something they can take from this review, are more workers like ariel and anna who care for their customers. ariel has been working for many years and came back after some time. his service and his knowledge show that. if this manager his angry and restless, it will lead this subway to the floor. the worst part is that I was complaining about the manager in the last and the customer agreed upon after me and began to tell her story) as sad."

"Received my food via delivery. My BLT was not supposed to have any types of sauce on it. Apparently whoever made the sandwich did not clean the knife from a previous order because they cut down the middle of my sandwich and left a bunch of sauce behind but none in the actual sandwich. "I have eaten here often for lunch. even during the lunch break, the amount is not too bad, but if they can get in before 11:30 or after 1 hour, they do not have any waiting time at all. the food and the service are both good. I was always satisfied with the sandwiches, the subbrot tastes fresh and the meat and sweet also they look the taste good. a drinking station serves as most subways, so they feel free to take a refill while they eat. the personal makes good work to keep the tables and the beverage area clean. the same goes with the bath; it is always clean when I am there. the tabs are a little small, but are the same size as they find in any other subway around the country. let us be honest that they do not go to the subway for a long, luxurious meal. they take a fast and tasty lunch before they come back to work. there are those who prefer subparts of elsewhere, and that is in order. the subway makes a good lunch at a reasonable price. if they like to eat (I do) they should be satisfied with this restaurant. Do not forget their score card! They can eat free when they often eat enough here."

"I don 't usually waist my time writing reviews for fast food restaurants, but I 'm a bit frustrated here. For the most part they are pretty good about how they make the sandwiches. When I do eat here I like to get a subway club, turkey, ham and roast beef. For a while subway had stopped carrying roast beef, but back by popular demand they brought back roast beef. I was there the other day, I order a club sandwich and the guy making the sandwich tells me roast beef is to expensive and it discounted. Of course it 's on the menu! The sandwich that replaced it, the all American club is not the same. Its turkey, ham and bacon, not mention it has to be toasted. I don 't know if it 's just that location or if it 's the whole franchise that has stopped carrying roast beef and I don 't care, just make up you mind, either have roast beef or don 't! If its a matter of price, I 'd pay the extra amount for roast. You already charge for all the extras anyways, what 's one more thing!"
