"My husband and I went for brunch--we were the first guests in the restaurant and the only ones during our visit. When I ordered my breakfast bowl I was told it would be 20 min in order for the rice to be prepared which I was okay with, but unfortunately that 20 min ended up being over an hour without any communication regarding the delay. Once we asked about our food, the server eventually brought my husbands dish which clearly had been prepared and waiting for a while because the plate was hot from sitting under a heat lamp, but mine still was delayed another 15 min. I have to admit the food was good, but the service and lack of communication was such a disappointment, we won't be going back."
