"Service was 5 Stars. Bethany was 5 Stars!! Potato pancakes were mostly flour and uber-dense. Dense. Too dense. Why so dense? Not good. Worst potato pancakes in my life. Literally. Sauerbraten was good but too sweet. It’s supposed to be “sour” not sweet. The meat was tender but the sweetness was overpowering. Goulash was good but the gravy was also sweet. Why was it sweet? "We just LOVE Himmel’s!! VERY consistent on the food...huge portions, delicious and authentic (both pizzas and German food. . Nice pours on wine. Lovely atmosphere with fun live music on many days. A real gem, we will keep coming back!!"
