"Lack of customer service, for a Caribbean spot, their food is tasteless...was more concerned about losing 30% for ordering with UberEats instead of calling to place my order (I lost my appetite on the spot)...If you frown at your customers don't provide a comfy environment, they wouldn't enjoy the food and you lose business , and free advertisements. The food wasn't great like Footprints, Bed-Stuy FishFry, or Peppa's. Customer service goes a long way for small/big businesses alike..Both ?"
