"I normally get great service. I generally order $30-$50 per order, for 2 people. Tonight I ordered $67 worth of food. I did not get all of what I ordered. I was missing soup and a main dish. I called to let them know and they said ya, we missed that, but you have to come back. At that point we had already been out, back home, sat down to dinner, noticed it was missing, would need to step back out, come home, add it into half eaten dinner. They just said oh well!! We paid for food we never received and we order there at least 2 times a month. Not worth it for that service. Maybe we need to go to Crystal River for good service. I honestly thought we had it in Beverly Hills, so wrong didn’t even offer credit for something they knew was wrong. I’ll travel from now on, and stop referring my friends there."
