"We have never had any problems in the past., but this time there were several issues. First of all, we were there at 4:00. so there were not yet many diners. We had a bottle of wine, that was very good. The entrees were excellent, especially the duck. However, our 3 entrees were served on ice cold plates. We tried to get our waitress and finally had to ask bus boy to find her. By the time she arrived, we had started to eat, fearing our food would soon be a cold as the plates. We finished the entrees and asked for 3 coffees, 2 baklava/ice creams and one chocolate mouse cake. Coffee arrived and it was laced with cinnamon. We sent waitress back for plain coffee. The desserts were brought to us, but no coffee, We started eating the desserts.....the disappointing desserts..dry cake, ice cream had a sprinkling of baklava crumbs. Coffee arrived when we had almost finished the desserts... and the coffee was very weak. We may eat there again and just have wine and entrees on warm plates), but forget about dessert and coffee. We could have better at home."
