"Upon entering, I noticed a menu that mentioned breakfast being served. When I inquired with a male employee about what breakfast items were still available, he mistakenly informed me that they didn't serve breakfast at that time. Confused, I pointed out the menu, which didn’t indicate any specific hours and clearly advertised breakfast. Instead of addressing my query, the employee laughed dismissively, suggesting that no one eats breakfast at that hour and implied it was only served until 11, despite the menu being prominently displayed.
His lack of understanding regarding customer service was frustrating, and his rude demeanor was completely uncalled for. When I suggested that they should remove the misleading menu, which was still on display, he simply replied, "It's okay, goodbye."
Our community deserves a better dining experience, and I urge others to reconsider patronizing this establishment until they resolve their advertising issues and improve their customer service."
