"We were able to make a reservation last minute for 12. The service was great from the host to the server. The waitress was very impressive and felt real to lead us by ordering our food. The food was good. I had the Clam Chowder with the Pasta Combo plate. The mama's sauce tasted fresh and had a sweeter taste. The lasagna, pasta and ravioli were delicious. Few people got pizza and seemed very happy with it."

"We waited 25 minutes after being seated before a waitress came to our table. We ordered the tortellini and the cacio e pepe. The tortellini was very good, the cacio e pepe was not good and chicken we paid extra to add to it had a bad taste. Bread was good."

"Food was consistent, pretty good Italian style food. Our waiter did a good job under the circumstances, (He was the only server on the floor in a dining room that at times had 8-10 tables) not to mention he was sporting the best Jack Sparrow costume ever! The sad component here is that: there was a bus boy/support person that had no direction or enthusiasm, no evidence of any other support, while the kitchen was doing a great job of cranking out food, usually destined to sit under the lights awaiting delivery to the diners ."

"Stopped in after long trip to try this place. Service was very fast and courteous. We tried the Moscato wine. I loved it probably one of the sweetest wines ever tasted Wife had the Shrimp Alfredo and I had the Veal Parmesan. Both was very good tasting. We also tried the salad supposed to be made with dressing and garlic. Lacking garlic in our opinion. We are big garlic fans. So salad a no The Garlic Toast bread was awesome ! But over all it was good food"

"Food, service, ambiance--all very good. However, the noise level is more than objectionable. Can hardly hear yourself think!! I've given this venue many chances always hoping the noise situation will improve, but it doesn't. This likely is my last time there. Was there with a friend who had never been there before, and we could barely converse; it was frustrating and annoying. Surely something can be done to improve the acoustics. I have heard this same complaint from others. It's a nice place that I would otherwise recommend, but if you're interested in conversing and relating, it's not the place for you. It is objectionable enough that I would not recommend it."

"Upon entering, I noticed a menu that mentioned breakfast being served. When I inquired with a male employee about what breakfast items were still available, he mistakenly informed me that they didn't serve breakfast at that time. Confused, I pointed out the menu, which didn’t indicate any specific hours and clearly advertised breakfast. Instead of addressing my query, the employee laughed dismissively, suggesting that no one eats breakfast at that hour and implied it was only served until 11, despite the menu being prominently displayed. His lack of understanding regarding customer service was frustrating, and his rude demeanor was completely uncalled for. When I suggested that they should remove the misleading menu, which was still on display, he simply replied, "It's okay, goodbye." Our community deserves a better dining experience, and I urge others to reconsider patronizing this establishment until they resolve their advertising issues and improve their customer service."

"We had the worst customer service. We got our drinks 25 minutes after we sat down. Our food never actually arrived. We watched three other tables get served and they all arrived after we ordered. Our server was scrambling and we caught her not telling us the truth twice. We also witness another table not getting their food. We were so disappointed and will not go back."

"We were very disappointed tonight. We usually love Old Town and I've always said they have the best Prime Rib around. My wife and I along with my children and parents came tonight to the Old Town Spaghetti Store just for some yummy pasta and prime rib. We had to wait for a table for about 30 minutes, which that's to be expected. However, we waited for our food for atleast 45 minutes to an hour, our waitress disappeared for almost that entire time. We had to ask about our food, after we asked, it was brought out about 5 minutes later. Although it was warmed the prime rib was over cooked and very tough. Our food had obviously been warmed back up and must have been sitting for a while. In addition, we had to wait another extended amount of time to get our tickets and then again for our waitress to come back and get our payment. On top of that, the waitress added an unapproved $10 tip to my card after I wrote no tip on the receipt. The manager on the phone stated she was refunding me the $10 on my card. However, we would like to come back, it may not be soon. We hope this was just a fluke. The service is usually really great and so is the food."

"I had put up a pick-up order for pizza wrong? Woman behind the counter that is offered to remake. it takes 10-15 minutes. it was my fault, so I said no, I would pay for the pizza that was made. Now when I was in my car, very hungry, and the pizza smells sooo good, I started eating a disc. it was absolutely delicious! I went back and asked her to do the ones I should have ordered! and when I picked it up. 12 minutes later, she brought me the pizza! that was my first time trying roma! you know I was going back."
