"Okay, I love this place! it is a great place to have some drinks, and has a lot of history. However, we saw that there was a happy hour, and that margaritas was part of what was considered a happy hour menu. it was at 5:40 when we ordered. the barkeeper has calculated us the regular price. I went outside and took a picture of the sign that said happy hour 3-6. I showed the bartender my picture of the hours. she crumbled her shoulders and said: the computer cost it, so I give 3 stars. although all the other 5 stars were. because the computer was correct, instead of the customer who had a picture, she just took the sign on the outside of the building. I don't recommend going here for happy hour as far as I'm concerned, that's wrong advertising. but the drinks and atmosphere are still good."
