"The experience was awful. The waitress hurriedly gave us our food and then disappeared. When we complained, she refused to address the issue. Even after speaking to the manager, they were unwilling to come to our table voluntarily. We had to request silverware and drink refills from other staff members. The management never offered an apology. We were given complimentary drinks to go and asked the waitress to wait for us. The prices were reasonable, but the service was extremely lacking."
