"Not sure what happened last night, as we've seen very good reviews. My mother spoke to two waitresses, but a manager did not stop by the table. Off night? Possibly. My father enjoyed his chicken parm, but my mother had to wait 10-15 minutes for her entree to come out. Once it came out, she let the waitress know the dish was missing white wine and garlic. The waitress apologized but never returned. They never got a refill on drinks, although they did ask another waitress. Menus were never taken from the table, empty glasses were left at the table. Overall, service was not very attentive and that was the biggest issue besides not being served at the same time. Restaurant also needs a little TLC, as others have mentioned."
