"Food great as always. Service was merely ok. Things had gone smoothly until I ordered decaf coffee. I was told that a fresh pot was being brewed and would be ready in 3-minutes. 25 minutes later, no coffee and the server was still chatting up a couple in a raised booth who had ordered a bottle of wine. During that same time multiple staff people had walked by looked at us and ignored us. Took me raising my hand to get any attention. This is level of service is not up to brand standard. Hope that things improve."

"This was my first visit to The Palm in Charlotte. I have been told by some acquaintances that it was kind of tired and dated and not their first choice. However, I loved the ambiance and the food was outstanding! Sometimes the older establishments are the best, and this was the case for The Palm. I had the linguine with clams and my husband had the lobster gnocchi and both were absolutely delicious! Our server was attentive and had a great personality. I highly recommend and we'll definitely visit again!"
