"My experience compared to last year Mother’s Day brunch was a little disappointing. You can tell the Dining management and team have changed. The staff did not seemed, well fully staffed. The gentleman who was supposed to direct people into the dining room, did not seem to know where he sat someone. Also, I don’t think people knew gratuity was not included. While this may be a good thing no gratuity for the customer; the server may end up getting stiffed . Also no one handed out flowers this year, or least when we kept our reservations at 1:45. Overall the experience was okay compared to last year. I hope it improves, my mother loves coming to this place."
