"sushi was very high quality (the cooks must be very talented) and all ingredients were fresh. I came in at 9 o'clock and had just been driven from work to house and was told to the restaurant near 10 o'clock, and they didn't want to put me on a table. I asked about the execution and they said they would let me commission the execution. I ordered 2 spicy tuna rolls, 1 yum yum roll with modifications, and 1 standard deep fried salmon roll. they did the 2spicy tuna and the yum yum and did not screw up the mods, but the fourth roll not. they had paid me before the time when I looked at the reception and saw that they did not overload me, but just forget to add the fourth roll. when I gave them my credit card, they told me my card was down. I looked at my app and the card didn't take off, just didn't get charged. the young waitress always told me that my chip was broken. then the manager came and ran my card successfully. After I checked my order, I knew I was a roll short, but since I wasn't charged for it, I didn't want to push up. positiw: sushi is tasty and they have a lot of options. the spicy thunfish is made of fresh pieces thunfish, not the mined mull that many places use. the ingredients are fresh and the chefs are talented. the portions are beautiful and large! negatiw: employees without training, sub-sustainable and personal is emphasized. they come so short, but clearly not appropriate. they use a dry erasing board and a marker instead of paper for sushi orders (I think this is how my roll erased lol) overall: space has 5 star potential, but they need to hire more employees and work more efficiently. if it was about bad eating, I wouldn't write this whole review. I really hope they're busy because I liked to eat that."

"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AVOID this place at all costs. I'll tell you why... While I was waiting for my chicken teriyaki plate, another man came up and took one of them, and I was pretty sure he had the order I would have received if we were okay. Oh, good. But when I got my record after waiting a little longer, which is good, I noticed that the portion size was smaller. When I came back and asked for a LITTLE bit more chicken, all workers said no there, with a certain attitude, and told me I would have to pay the extra $1.99 for extra meat. How is it extra meat if you guys didn't even give enough to start? The staff here looked like they hated their job and let me ask if you go to a place where the employees irresistibly help their customers ask themselves how the quality of food could actually be? They probably don't care. I asked if there was someone I could talk to and apparently there is no manager on site because they said they had no one. So I went to the end and I'm still hungry as I write. If you think about it, this place is basically just sugar syrup coated with fat, rice and vegetables. There are MUCH healthier options available here at the food court. I will never come back to another sarku and will make sure that others know not to come to this place because you obviously don't care at all about your coworkers and would rather load them an extra few dollars for something that wasn't even their fault! Tell me it's really worth the $2 to disguise your reputation as a consistent Mall Food Court dining option?"
