"our first time to visit cactus, and we were not disappointed. the lookout was great! the personal was great! the food let me want a job in the kitchen to be surrounded by such incredible talent. the food was too-the-for and everyone should eat here when they get the opportunity. they gave us dessert on the house bc it was our first time to eat here. holy wow! what a great time! branson was our server and he was absolutely perfect! all about our time here was exactly what they would expect in a great restaurant. well-made staff! you have a great team!"

"This was our first time here. It was a little busy during lunch but not so where it took 10 minute before getting a hostess to come seat us. Nevertheless we was seated and our waiter was prompt to come get our drink orders. He seemed rushed the whole visit and I wasn 't able to ask him several questions because of his steady disappearing act. Who knew I was going to get lunch and a magic show!! I had a mango margarita and it was so yummy and refreshing. I 'm not much of a drinker but I 'm glad I had it there for what came later... I asked when he took our food order if he could bring out some warm corn tortillas and butter (like I get at any Mexican restaurant) and he flat out told me they didn 't do that.. umm ok?!? Our food arrives and on my 2nd bite of the taco the shredded lettuce gets stuck in my throat and I can 't swallow. I 'm choking. Not one person other than my husband came to assist me as I ran outside to fix myself and grateful I didn 't die in front of everyone. I came back inside and I 'm shaking and hence the part where I 'm glad I had a margarita there to calm my nerves. I picked at a cheese enchilada and ended up taking my food home in a box. I mean who could eat after that. My husband loved his lunch and mine as he ate it for dinner last night lol, I still wasn 't able to eat out of fear. The only thing he said he didn 't like was the taco as it wasn 't as good as another business in Denham Springs. I get it! The little few bites I was able to enjoy was really delicious and I might try them again someday."

"Food was good but the service was absolutely terrible, me and my friends were looking for a place to go out after a long week of 12 hours shifts and we decided to go to no frills. We had trouble deciding what we want from the menu so we asked the server togive us a minute, then when he comes back we were sure what we wanted and ordered but my friend said the wrong item he wanted achili cheese dog but he said a foot long cheese dog and the serve rproceded to call us uneducated folks and that we were wastingtime. Obviously he wasn't hungry enough for money so I guess service was out of the question because after that we wait 30minutes to be service our food then we wait 20 minutes for our check. I am a server myself and this is definitely not how youserver at all. Server was very rude, it was a horrible experience. Hopefully management can hire a better employee or hopefullytrain some better costumer service in their employees next time."

"Wonderful meal. All of salsa, to tacos, to amazing beans, to drinks was absolutely 10/10. The flan had great texture, and our waitress was great. They are very busy and the kitchen is very efficient. Or new favorite Mexican place! Will be back."

"Love the food at Cactus, I've tried their SLU and Alki locations and it was my first time at the Madison Park location. We had the Spicy Ahi Tacos, Green Enchiladas and the Goat Chese and Corn Tamales which were all amazing! Also highly recommend their Watermelon Agua Fresca which was a cool soothing drink."
