"I would give this place a zero if I could. I am from Bloomington and have not made it to feast yet. I have heard good things about this place, and decided to take my friend who had recently moved to Bloomington to CELEBRATE HER BIRTHDAY. Upon arriving the host was extremely dismissive, and barely spoke to us. Once sat, it took at least ten minutes to just receive water, this was not even our server yet. We asked for a drink menu, and never saw her again. We continued to sit outside for another 10-15 minutes without receiving any greeting from a server or support staff. Employees would not even make eye contact with us, it got to the point that we simply left. For a place who charges incredibly high prices for supposedly good atmosphere and food, and has a ridiculously high automic gratuity on the bill (25% , you would expect much better staff and service.
