"Wow reviews cover the gamut here. First off I want to say I don’t write reviews often. Second, I’m a longtime customer of LePeeps all around town have never written a review. This was my first visit to this location and the experience was so great I felt compelled to leave a review.I’m surprised about the range of experiences ratings. My experience for our to-go order was refreshingly exceptional. The gal who took the order was terrific. On the ball, personable, gracious, professional. When I arrived to pickup I was impressed with the restaurant itself. Very clean light with a nice open layout. Can see the whole restaurant floor kitchen. When I entered there was no one up front but one of the employees saw me, came up greeted me right away. I gave my name and he went to grab my order. Payment processing went smooth relatively fast. Best of all the order was 100% correct food was great. I realize we all usually expect this truth be told it’s just not always the case with today’s to-go orders. I’m usually very happy with LePeep but every so often at some location they fall a little short as far as order accuracy or food quality. In this case both were perfect. We had two southwest omelettes that were great and our sides of bacon hashbrowns were both perfectly cooked. No fat or grease on the bacon and it was cooked just right.Given the range of reviews maybe we got lucky on this first visit. That or maybe it’s just challenging to run a restaurant these days, mostly due to shortage of help. Regardless, our experience was great enough across the board I’d be confident in saying this location has mgmt who cares and tries. Again, refreshing in this day age when frankly it seems executing great service is more the exception than the rule, unfortunately. Since I noticed differently here I wanted to shout out thank all those responsible, both there today and not. We’ll be back for both dine-in take-out."
