"I stop here every morning and usually have a pleasant experience! Unfortunately this morning sucked, the chick at the window had a bad attitude! My order was incorrect and my food isn’t even hot or at least warm not to mention being the second car in line at the time! Didn’t bother to give me a straw after putting her hand all over the top of my cup ugh! She clearly isn’t having a good morning and should’ve stayed home!"

"This Starbucks location has friendly service and tasty coffee, but is has no drive-thru. You will need to plan to park nearby and walk up to the inside counter. The lines can be long, so plan accordingly. The bathrooms have passcodes for access—need to ask the staff. Seating seems plentifully, even when busy, and the WiFi seems to work well."

"my daughter went to this store to buy a cup of Frappuccino while I was shopping next door. She patiently waited for over 20 minutes and even asked the staff about her order, only to be told to keep waiting. It wasn't until I personally approached the staff to inquire about the delay that they admitted to forgetting my daughter's order.As a parent, it deeply saddens me that my young daughter had to go through such an ordeal while attempting to purchase a simple beverage. Waiting for more than 20 minutes, without being offered any explanation or apology, is both unacceptable and unprofessional.This Starbucks really needs to train their staff on customer service."

"I use to go to this sbuxs often but decided to save money and make decaf coffee at home with my Nespresso. The girls are genuinely super sweet and friendly. They always make your drink to perfection. Now I only go maybe once a month or less but they always provide great service. They had a beautiful cup in the beginning of summer and I didn't get a chance to buy it so disappointing but I attached a pic of it to remind myself if it ever comes back to the store. Yay to my 500th review!"

"Starbucks is my favorite place for coffee! This particular joint is inside Kroger! Went here to basically get the holiday cup and to avoid long drive thru lines lol! The services were superb! No lines or waiting at all! I ordered my favorite caramel brulee latte! It tastes amazing! And of course got my reusable red cup along with it! P.s. they told me that since these are in bulk and are not sold again, we can buy more holiday drinks and can get free cups for each one that we order! Isn't that amazing?! "this new starbucks is definitely an improvement from the previous one. The elderly attracted a lot of transients that came through the city. This is much cleaner and well designed. they have beautiful artworks on the wall in the chairs are comfortable to sit to read the newspaper or take a look at your phone. "Wonderful staff!! They find a way to have fun while doing a job that’s tough and requires them to be on their feet all day. "I can admit I'm not a starbucks regular, but I stopped here to find a gift for an 11-year-old starbucks lover. I was greeted by a barist when she went out and I went in. When I looked at cups, one of the workers was nice enough to ask if he could help me what I was looking for. When I said a gift for a girl, he immediately began checking boxes to see if something would be suitable for her. I found her a sweet gift and a gift card. I am great in customer service and I definitely felt welcome. They went beyond and beyond, and I really appreciated it!"

"I was in a hurry and desperately needed a mocha. However, I felt that the Grande size was a bit smaller than I expected. Last year, I bought a bag of Winter Blend coffee beans from Starbucks, which is a rich and flavorful mix. I can brew a pot and enjoy it for two whole days! I also picked up some Starbucks Hot Cocoa Mix at Costco, which they have available for a limited time every year, so I can make my own mochas at home. While it's nice to enjoy a homemade mocha, sometimes you need one on the go, and for that, it’s always best to choose Starbucks!"
