"The meal I received today from The Panzarotti Spot over GrubHub is the last meal I ordered from both. It was cold, hard fat. Food had arrived late because the driver sat in his car in front of my house for over 5 minutes do God knows what. The person with the food did not agree with the picture in the app. Completely shut down. 75% of the meal is in the garbage"

"They definitely need to change the oil. My Buttermilk Chicken sandwhich apos;s breading was super dark it seems like they didnt drain the oil off the patty before putting it on the bun. The Surf Turf Egg roll apos;s steak was extremely chewy and inedible. Crab and Shrimp egg roll was good. I wish they gave a dipping sauce for the egg rolls."

"This is one of my new family lovers!! Incredibly friendly, attentive and our order was served quickly. Wings and stripes were plumpy and the taste was delicious. Music was not loud and annoying, like other wings where you have to scream to have a conversation. The crushed ice is the best!!! Mark (Manager) was very hospitable and super funny! Definitely return with my family!"
