"In the evening on 1/20/23 and surroundings were good, food and service. When eating our sample plate and almost finished with the meal, a bite from the nachos (that has pico de gallo on it) and almost broken a tooth. I BIT INTO A SMALL SCREW! Notified the waitress, she apologized. Did not say to worry about the meal as she would take it out of the bill. About 20 minutes later, she arrives with a dessert dish that said it was on the house for what happened. I got my bill and notified the waitress that the court that should be removed is still there. She then says the manager told her that the dessert was in the house to compensate for the screw in our food! And don't lose the cost of the meal. Not even did the manager apologize or discuss it. NIE SCOPE AND UNITED UNPROFESSIONAL"
