"when we came to the restaurant, both outside entrances were locked. they have to come through the red lyon hotel, but there were no signs for it. that was frustrating. when we came in, some workers stood on the other side of the room that looked at something. not sure what, but they did not draw attention to customers. we were behind a couple who had to stand there for a few minutes unresting because they had just asked if someone could sit them. one of the workers on the other side of the room said in a very irritated ton, we will be with them in a minute! . the couple looked at and said: they cried to us. they could laugh about it, but we were appalled and left. very few customers and those who were there did not look as if they were very happy for themselves."
