"So disappointed in the service we received. I had literally been looking forward to a milkshake all day, especially after surgery, it was the only thing that sounded good to me. My boyfriend walked in at 10:28 pm to pick one up for me, because the store didn’t close until 11. He was told he couldn’t get a milkshake because they stop using the blenders 30 minutes prior to closing. REALLY?! It takes 5 minutes max to wash a blender, why do you stop providing a service you advertise 30 minutes before you close, that makes no sense. It felt like they just wanted to lock the doors and be gone at 11 and that’s why they were shutting things down early. Makes me not wanna come back."
