"We live near a big city and frequent sushi places at home, so we have decent baseline. Total experience between, atmosphere, service food and price we give it 5 out of 5. It wasn't really busy when we got a bite and had water in the table in about 3 minutes. Ordnete two crab krangoon and they were a bit smaller but overall delicious, especially with homemade sriracha. We have FM Roll, Rainbow, Spinnenkrab and California for the children. Rolls were delicious and well presented. We also ordered a med spices and normal chicken roast rice, which was probably in when I had best fried rice dishes. Med was just enough spice and had a sweetie for not being able to place. The staff was more than laughing at my super inappropriate jokes. Service was fantastic."

"This restaurant has become one of my go-to spots for a meal. I have noticed a significant improvement in the quality of the food and the overall service. The dishes are consistently delicious, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is always spotless."

"disappoint. halfway through a series of tempo, I am in a piece with un fenced teig in the middle. he asked the waiter who realized it wasn't right. offer to make a new order of tempoura for us (how much can they eat? but we ordered a sashimi. happy to pay for the sashimi, but the tempoura was still on the bill. If asked, the waiter explained as they had eaten the half of the order, we calculate them for the order. I said I wouldn't bite into a piece of raw dough until we were halfway through the job. it was not satisfactory and we should not have been accused. the nigger himself was not particularly good, which alone would be a reason not to return. but decent customer service is the lower line, and the understanding if a customer is unhappy with an order should be sufficient reason to withdraw the order from the bill."

"Value was so terrible! We paid $80 for such tiny portions. A huge menu flaw is that they dont tell you how many pieces of nigiri or sashimi come to an order. It also all came sitting on pickled ginger and if you dont like ginger, your meal is completely ruined. The edamame was burned and still cold somehow."

"Nathan was phenomenal, he was very attentive and gave great suggestions. I would recommend asking for him to be your server. Salmon belly was amazing."
"the sushi was Mid. nothing special. also the steamed dumplings had no flavor. almost like they were frozen."
"I was in the mood for good quality sushi and found Daigo on Yelp. I remember visiting the SF location and remembered it was delicious so I wanted to give this newer location a try. We both had the Omakase with a couple of a la carte items. The 6 fishes that were served to us in the beginning of the Omakase weren't the best. They were mostly bland colored fishes that all tasted the same-rubbery and tasteless. But then it got better. The other items were fresh, buttery and amazing. The Toro and Uni were my favorites of the night. We also had the crispy tempura mushroom with truffled salt, hamachi shooters and monk fish. All were delicious! We also shared a black sesame cheesecake which wasn't the best. It had a pretty dense filling and nonexistent crust. Overall, I'll be back, but I would skip the dessert."

"This restaurant is Chinese and the food is delicious. Amazing! The only strange thing was that when my friend and I ordered two plates to share, the total came to $30. However, the waiter said we were each being charged $20, making it a total of $40. Maybe he included a tip or tax? Not sure. Despite this, the quality of the food is excellent. I will definitely return."

"I was really disappointed with this restaurant. My colleagues and I travel all over California and always try sushi in every town we visit. This place was one of the worst we've been to. We ordered the seto bento, which is supposed to be a premium combo dinner for three people, even though there were only two of us. The portions were small, cold, and lacked flavor. Most of the meal was vegetable tempura and the chicken skewers were bland. It was difficult to eat. We definitely won't be returning."

"We were guests staying at the JW hotel. We had reservations to be seated at 8, and were promptly seen to a table. The waiter greeted us and asked for our drink orders, which we gave. 30 minutes later still not water, drinks, etc. The waiter returned and we asked again for the drinks, water and even placed a food order. 15 minutes we walked out because we were famished and still had not even received water."

"This place is great for a variety of Japanese cuisine beyond Sushi. The cooking was perfect and flavors were excellent. I got the Tempura Entree and a Dinner Bento Combo. Tempura was crunchy, plenty of shrimp, and good vegetable variety. The Bento was Beef Teriyaki, California Roll, and Salmon Teriyaki. Beef was perfectly cooked, nice grill marks, tender, and delicious. Salmon was the same: Grilled to perfection, not too fishy, and so tasty. California roll had no problems at all. Tasty and filling. I REALLY appreciate the slight under salting. That is always great because you will always get soy sauce to adjust it to your personal taste. Also, just letting things have their natural flavor is usually the best course of action. There is no need to drown things in salt. Even the Teriyaki was subtle and the flavors of the Beef and Salmon were all there. Finally, I called in my order and was told 20 minutes. I arrived in 10 and it was just getting placed on the To Go counter. No complaints. Delicious, perfectly cooked, speedy and pleasant service."
