"Walked in and was asked by the host whether we wanted to be outside or inside, we were celebrating my parents anniversary and came for the view so we figured outside would be better. We sat and waited 25 mins for our drinks, the waitress said she didn’t know why but her system kept saying no network; so the drinks were shorts not talls like we asked! Put in apps with drink order, 20 mins goes by, our entrees come out (oh and btw they were out of crab cakes, oysters and shrimp cocktail. Had they told us that we may have chosen to sit inside originally. so she brought the apps out after we were finished eating. Never offered any dessert and we were there celebrating! The fire pits was another reason we went there, got dark and they were never turned on. Then overheard another waitress tell her table they were slowly closing up! It was maybe 9pm! Totally disappointed in our dinner experience!! Our apps weren’t even comped, i would never ask but they could have offered considering we didn’t eat them and took them to go!"
