"I've been coming here for years and always enjoyed the coffee and baked goods. Sadly something has changed, I went three times this past weekend and each time, something was wrong or missed completely. Hoping that I hit a bad day as it was a fairly busy weekend. I skipped the rest of the weekend and came back early in the week. It was very quiet and was only my daughter and I in line. Simple request, one decaf coffee one regular black coffee and a latte, with a chocolate chip muffin, a glazed coffee roll and an everything bagel toasted with egg and sausage. Even though a sign on the cash register said decaf coffee, I was told they didn't have any. The everything bagel was not toasted even though I made a point of requesting toasted. The chocolate chip muffin was not added to the order. I had to request it again and was given a double chocolate chip which would have been okay except that at this point. So many other things were wrong and taking a long time, easily 12 minutes. There were more than six people behind the counter but most were standing and look confused."
