The owner is hands-on, actively cooking and serving customers every day. However, the real treasure of Primo Pizza is the staff at the registers. They handle phone calls, walk-in customers, and numerous take-out orders with enthusiasm. At the top of this list is Kirsten. Since I started coming here, she's always been friendly, accommodating, and knows exactly what I like to order—even when I'm uncertain about what I want. I applaud the team for maintaining such a positive attitude and outstanding service, especially during these challenging times for restaurants.
