"I’m surprised this wasn’t one of the first places I reviewed. This is one of my favorite places in Miami. I have lived about 10 minutes away from it for years. I feel lucky to have this gem near me. I love Gilbert’s in the keys for their Piña Coladas, views and blackened chicken wings . That being said you don’t always have time to drive that far . When you go to the Fish House you feel like you’re in a seafood restaurant in the keys .They have an amazing fish dip and their Shrimp linguini is the stuff you crave for on any day . If you are not a local ask for their creamy garlic sauce for the linguini. They don’t have it on the menu but if you ask most of the times they are happy to do it for you . I’ve only been told no once and was so bummed because my favorite dish didn’t taste the same . I went yesterday and had it . It was amazing as always . My son went for the snow crabs but didn’t get them because the price really went up from when we use to go . They went from like $22 to $45. We use to come a lot when he was little and would order them . We hadn’t come back in a bit so we were a little shocked by the price but this place is still worth going. You won’t regret coming here .The food is always amazing whether you dine in or get it to go . This is one of the few places that you can trust that if you order it to go will be just as amazing. They always pack it well and never forget any item that comes with it . This is genuinely one of my favorite spots here . Ps. You need to ask for Margie as your server . She’s so nice , and inviting . You will absolutely love her"

"this place was super comfortable for our large group of 13. affordable also! we had to push back the reservation a few times and they could do that. the server was excellent and very friendly. Although she brought my friend the soda she ordered earlier, she was quite honest. also the steak was delicious and they had a really big 3 drinks/$10 deal. an improvement could be the paper menus. they had stained on what I was worried, but eating and the offers were great. I'd go back."
