"My sister picked this restaurant for her birthday, we had 10 in our party. Our waitress explained they were a little short so bare with her. 1st... water was poured, all of our water had a straw that the waitress used her hands to put in each glass, mind you the straws were bare and plastic. STRIKE 1! 2nd...one of our sisters orders the Hot Stone fajitas..Awesome. mind you she is the birthday girl! The waitress asked her what type of Tortillas she wanted, she states Corn 3x. After 20 min Still no tortillas and then she was given corn...twice. At this point she was told they were corn..after a test taste they were indeed flour. It took 30 minutes for this experience..now..the meat has gotten cold. What in the hell is going on here! STRIKE 2!!! so.. after all of this . Its time to have a meeting with the Person in charge... The last straw... we received a ginger ale, stirred it and a whole entire BUG swam to the top . Are we being PRANKED! No maam we will NOT pay this bill and the nerve of you leaving on the 18% gratuities!!!! Ashlynn you are wrong for telling us that its summer bugs fly all the time! Not in the bottom of the glass. Our bill was 222.00 , we paid and left. Very poor service and Your owners will also be getting a copy of this plus the pictures!"
