"Very poor service and horrible management. Customer service was disappointing. We never received water and our order took over an hour to arrive that was only after we addressed it with the manager Joaquin who instead of apologizing, questioned if we even placed an order to begin with. Very rude and condescending. I never leave reviews good or bad, but he really made our party feel uncomfortable and upset. When I mentioned to him how disappointed I was in the customer service, he went on to state that there are people dying in a war. I don’t understand how that has anything to do with the poor customer service. That was the tipping point for our party. We were looking forward to staying for the DJ party after dinner but no longer wanted to stay and never want to go back."

"We went Tacos Don Cuco for a quick bite and after ordering the beef tacos (comes with 4) we couldn't stop enjoying them and went back for more! The tacos were extremely tasty and the toppings bar was a very nice touch. The tacos were fresh and authentic. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly. The place was small, but with ample seating. The decor was simple, but very clean. It had the simple appeal of sitting at mom's kitchen table from the simplicity, which makes it even more authentic in my opinion. We loved this place and the food! I highly recommend Tacos Don Cuco if you want real food very fast! We will DEFINITELY return and other restaurants will be held to a higher standard now that we have tasted Tacos Don Cuco's food! ?Kid-friendliness: Tacos are simple and the fresh topping bar is available ala carte, which is perfect for picky eaters"

"I love going to this place, the food is delicious. My only complaint about it is the hours. My family and I went in the last hour before the business was going to close for the day and we wanted some tacos after a long day. We arrive to the restaurant and we get told that only “to go orders.” I look around and every area is blocked off for seating. My family members had to utilize the restroom and those were closed off too. It was very unfair to receive this kind of treatment especially when we chose to spend our money as valued customers there.. very very disrespectful. The lady did not want to open up the restrooms and had to visit a local business near by that had restrooms. once we received our meals we decided why not sit outside since only the inside is blocked off. My family sits outside and a worker comes out telling us to go home that we cannot eat there and need to go home. Very disrespectful business! Respect the business hours!!"
