"There were no other customers inside or in the drive-thru line. I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and paid, without getting my receipt. I was told to drive up and someone would bring our food out to us. After waiting 10 minutes and seeing the car that pulled up behind us get their food and leave, I drove back to the drive-thru. I got nothing but attitude from the workers and my order was wrong. I like this Wendy's and it's usually great, friendly service with great food. I won't be going there again any time soon."

"I absolutely love Wendy's food. This time I went to pick up food for my boyfriend's daughter and was absolutely DISGUSTING with the appearance of the inside back behind the counter. I wish I wouldn't have had to reset my phone, because I lost the picture that I took of all the trash on the floor and the trash and over flowed behind the counter. I understand that every fast food place gets slammed but there is NO EXCUSE for the way the kitchen looked at the restaurant at all. The girl that was at the counter taking people's orders was complaining cause she was tired and actually seemed like she was under the influence of something (heavy drug wise) and to me that just isn't the appearance that ANY company would want serving the public."

"today at 15 to 17:00 on the afternoon I went through the drive-thru line. it was a bit slow, but when I was able to reach the window to get my food, the girl who took the orders into the money and poured out eating was the only one who was out of the window. she had no help. but shakira, continued to get my food in a timely way, she was very polite and very nice, even with her situation. she was excellent! here is a scream for shakira! You have to hang on the wendy’s!"

"here is a terrible service. saw in the journey through the line for about 20 minutes. decided to do a mobile order. since I finished placing my mobile ordering a car in front of the loudspeaker, I followed the instructions on the app and parked in the mobile order. I tried both doors in the restaurant that was closed. we drove back to get to the parking lot on the handy and tried to call the load. they have the phone off so they can constantly get the busy signal and can't talk to someone. my man went through the window where they told us we had to get back to the line. what we would wait 20 minutes. we were in a position to go back to the place where we were before we left the line. When we got into the window, they told us we had to go through the line again and we wanted a refund. they said I could get it through the app, it was not possible so they said that the command had not gone through their end. I showed them where I had a reception I paid. the coworker who commands said it didn't show on the screen. the manager finally went to search for my order and found my reception. I didn't get the name of the girl, but she has knocked off and extremely rude. mobile ordering should not be an option if it is not available before location. rude coworkers who lie."

"pull up at night the “System” is down except for online orders. The system wouldn’t be down if the employees weren’t in the dining room sleeping, and the rest of the staff weren’t outside smoking weed. Dining room is locked at 7:03 pm. A lot of stuff will get forgotten and it’ll be too frustrating to go back through the drive thru. Why you ask? Well that’s because they will only serve one car at a time. They will not take your order until the order in front of you has left the window. You’ll be waiting to order for at least 20 minutes."

"Fresh food, quick service, and reasonable prices—whether you choose to dine in or take out. I typically don't gravitate towards fast food, but this place changed my perspective! For the first time ever, the food was actually hot. The fries were hot, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich was hot, and the tea was perfectly sweet and refreshingly cold. When I say I truly enjoyed this meal, I really mean it. You should definitely give it a try yourself!"

"Always my go to for burgers! Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Burgers are good along with pretty much everything else on the menu. Dining area is clean and normally kept updated as far as decor goes. Value menu is very good for your wallet! Kids love the food here as well! Restrooms are always kept clean and stocked! "Wendy's is Wendy's what do you expect. I still don't understand why I cannot get hot fries. Even when I ask for them without salt I live less than 5 minutes away and they're cold every time I come home. And I ordered my neighbor a double baconator and he got a single so not only did I get cold fries I got shorted out of my order which cost me more money. Happens all the time there's no way to check those sandwiches while you're sitting in the Drive-Thru I wish they would just pay a little more attention but they're always very friendly I have to say so that counts for something in my book but overall I would really rather get what I pay for hot fries and the correct order"
