"Putting this here because I work at Cicis, reading all these reviews can be disheartening to be honest, all of the employees try their hardest to make things right if things go wrong, I've always kept a friendly smile and warm attitude towards the customers, please understand that there's so much that goes into running a restaurant, someone has to clean bathrooms and prepare the lobby to make it clean, someone has to make the dough, someone has to work on dishes and make sure the games are operational, and the buffet has to be properly stocked when there's a large fluctuation of customers it can get hard to keep up, though it seems people at the front are occupied, they're all working behind the scenes to make sure everything is running smoothly, the managers and my coworkers have nothing but my utmost fullest respect, I ask you give them the same respect in return, and perhaps tip the busboys once in a while. They work very hard to ensure that you have a clean table to eat at, it helps out a ton, especially through having to clean up brownies that have been thoroughly smushed into the ground and surrounding area ?"
