"Terrible service ....ordered through dd app for pick up. After receiving an alert that my order was ready, I arrived at the location and the order was NOT ready. 30 mins later a worker, told me it wasn't ready. The cashier chick didn't know when it would be ready. Horrible customer service and poor communication! Needless to say, I got tired of waiting, so I left and requested a full refund through the app!"
