"The Noodles and Company location I visited was not compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Last year, my family stopped by to eat, but we were met with discrimination. I have a service dog, and two of my children have special needs. The manager insisted we sit outside, claiming a local city ordinance only allowed seeing eye dogs inside. This was not only false, but also irrelevant due to federal law. To avoid upsetting my children, we moved to the outdoor patio, which smelled like sewage. My autistic son refused to eat because of the smell. Even after showing the manager on duty information about the law, he continued to argue and refused to let us inside. He even accused me of lying about my service animal and suggested that others who had brought service animals in the past were also lying. I contacted corporate about this experience, but they never followed up. It seems they are indifferent to discrimination against individuals with disabilities at their restaurants."
