There was a mix-up with the location where my mom thought she had placed an order, but the gentleman at the front was extremely kind and friendly. He provided us with the phone numbers of other store locations and remained patient as my sister and I tried to figure out where the order had been placed. About 10 to 15 minutes later, we realized we had been given the wrong information entirely. However, the owner of the store called us, was super friendly and kind, and offered to help us with the order and even checked the other store locations for us. The exceptional customer service we received today truly impressed me, and I have never experienced this level of care before.
