"A group of 6 of us met for dinner at 5 Saturday night. Of course there was a wait as we didn't have a reservation. Fortunately, three of us were able to sit at the bar, have a few drinks and start the meal early as we knew we had a wait ahead of us. The bartender was fantastic, pouring drinks and delivering app orders like the pro she is. We had bruschetta which was as tasty as ever, then 4 of the others split an order of beef tips they raved about, saying they'll get that again. We were seated, with unnecessary apologies from the hosts, a little over an hour later at a spacious 6 top. Our waitress was excellent, with attentive and speedy service. I got the Linguine Delmar, which was loaded with shrimp, scallops and whitefish in a tomato sauce. As I had already eaten several pieces of the Excellent bread before the meal and another with, I was only able to finish about a quarter of the meal, bringing the rest home for another two meals this week. I highly recommend it. My only complaint, albeit slight, is that there was too much house dressing on the salad for me to finish it. I should have asked for it on the side but I'm getting used to eating out again and didn't think of it. The greens, tomato and cucumber were very good, I was just overwhelmed by the dressing. A very small complaint for such a wonderful meal. Service and atmosphere were both great, allowing us to talk freely around the table and catch up with the two we don't see regularly. It was a wonderful night thanks to amazing food and superior service."
