"Ordered Taro milk tea. My daughter and I did not like it, asked for a refund the lady said no we do not give refunds because everyone else likes it. I told her well I?m sorry I?m not everyone else it does not taste like what I?m used to. We only took one sip and my daughter spit hers out. She remade us new ones, and they still tasted the same. She refused to give us a refund. Not one sign that says all sales final or anything. I was not rude about it. I told her that?s fine, I will just dispute it with my bank. Luckily I paid with my card and tossed the 4 drinks in the trash in front of her. I wouldn?t be writing this review if she would have just honored the refund. She was very rude about it. One of the guys told her ?it?s probably because we make it with green tea? many places don?t make a taro milk tea with green tea."
