"Having to wait over an hour to get a ribeye steak that was advertised as having a chili glaze on it, and was just as bland as could be was very disappointing.The fact that the management of the place couldn't figure out that they needed to schedule enough cooks for one of the busiest weekends that the hotel where they are located is shameful.The staff that was there did the very best they could and were very professional about everything, but stop leaving your people set up to fail instead of being successful"
