"Two of us came from Lancaster to meet the third one who drove down from the hills above Fresno. We each ordered different combos and then ate it family style we got to taste almost everything on the menu: Tried the Tri tip, pulled pork, beef ribs, pork ribs, brisket. Sides were potato salad, green beans and chili beans. All were yummmmmy! Their rolls are amazing! We three split one desert brownie. Also excellent! The meat was all a bit cold, but it didn't matter because it was THAT good. We weren't prepared for it to be quite so casual, (a shack with only outdoor tables each with a roll of paper towels for that messy BBQ! so make sure you know...it is not a sit down indoor restaurant...... which we didn't. (And we missed the Triple D episode! Overall I will MOST definitely drive another hour and 45 minutes to eat that BBQ again. Good stuff!!!"

"4.9.22 Salty's special. Wow two thumbs? 3.19.22 Salty's special, 1/4 tri-tip, 1 beef and 2 pork ribs. Salty's special is really good and the surprise for me is the beef. I expected dry but rather. very juicy with jerky taste. Pork ribs were too dry. In any case, it comes back for more. Thank you. Guy Food Channel"

"The food is delicious. Looking for a home cooked meal. This is the place to order from. its like grabbing a plate from my aunts house. My favorite sides are the yams, potato salad, Collard Greens. The string beans and black eye peas were a little salty to my taste buds but I dont eat salt so try it for yourself. and the Mac and cheese was okay. Ive ordered from here 3 times already."
