"I was extremely disappointed with my meal. I ordered the bife à portuguesa, but it came without the egg that was supposed to be included. I also requested extra giardiniera, but it was missing as well. The garlic gravy tasted more like oil, and the potatoes were inedible. The steak, which was supposed to be medium, was overcooked and burned. The person who handed me my order was rude and spilled oil all over me. The food was cold, even though I picked it up only 15 minutes after ordering. Lesson learned - always check your food before leaving the restaurant to avoid disappointment."
