"The taste of our lunch was on spot as it always is with 54th. The minor issues started with the hostess walking us to a table, laying the menus down and saying here ya go. That's was ignored by my group as we didn't mind worrying about it. The other small issue that surfaced was the server came to our table 2 times. Once for drinks and once for our order. She never came back. I had to ask her passing me if she wouldn't mind getting us more water (yes, i said excuse me, when you have a moment would you mind getting us some water). Which she did nicely (so i guess 3 times she visited). But we all noticed our server and other servers walking around talking on their phones in the dining room even as they brought things to the table. We are a kind group of individuals that don't like to make waves so we didn't say anything but the servers were literally delivering food and walking to tables with their cell to their ear. I don't mind you speaking on your phone but maybe not while walking by my table. I felt embarrassed to interrupt their phone call to ask for anything so my group didn't. This doesn't mean our food was perfect (it was). We are just a little considered about the management's ability to have the servers attend the visitors and not be on their phone."

"I visit this restaurant very often. Service food is always been great but last night staff was a extreme let down. I went to the bar to place a to go order. I placed my order at 9:10 pm. I ordered a sandwich fries so it should have only took 15 minutes to make. I asked 2 different bartenders on 3 separate occasions, can they check on my order. On the 4th time of me asking they went to the kitchen brought out my food, by this time it was 9:40 pm. Almost 30 minutes for a to go order with just a sandwich fries is completely unacceptable. I checked my order before I left of course the fries was cold it was only 8 fries on my plate. I notified the bartender she SNATCHED my food out my hand thru it in the trash very aggressively. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was very respectful smooth things over. I was very disappointed in my experience at this restaurant especially that I’m a regular customer here. I won’t be returning to this 54th Street for a while."

"As a Delaware resident, I can attest that while our state has fantastic dining options, our pizza offerings leave something to be desired. Even transplants from New York and New Jersey who open pizzerias here struggle to recreate the authentic flavors. "Oscar's pinatas is one of the best Mexican restaurants I was in. The owner, Oscar, is from Mexico and brought the authentic recipes they serve with him. The quality was always great, and as for authenticity, my father spent the solvency time in New Mexico on business trip and said that this is the closest that he was able to find what he had when he traveled south of the border. The dining room is not frilly or anything, but it is clean and comfortable. The menu is very extensive, from Tacos and Burritos to flutes, Enchiladas and many special dishes. If you have a party someone who is like Mexican food, they also have some American dishes such as burgers, chicken sandwich and steak, and some interesting fusion articles such as the Mexican chicken parm and Mexican pizza. Our last trip was during the Kovid so we ordered to take, but they offer food in and they also have a bar. The takeout was good. My wife had a taco salad that was still crunchy and fresh, not all wild and warm, as you sometimes get through the time you get a carryout salad at home, and I had a chimichanga that was still hot and crispy. My daughter had a children's ground beef soft taco (they also have many children options, well over ten) and it served without a trace to disappear. We shared a Mexican pizza as an appetizer and it was also delicious. The portions are very generous and the prices are very reasonable. You will either be stuffed in the bride or you will 'll lunch leftover for tomorrow, and either way, your taste buds and stomach will thank you!"

"BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE BAR NONE!!!! My wife and I visited 54th street The Rim last night and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was quite flavorful, and in generous portions. Even the deserts were large portions. My wife had the Carrot cake and I had the Key Lime pie. The Key Lime pie was by far the best I've ever had in a restaurant, the filling had bits of lime pulp, the crust was PERFECT, and the chef topped it off with whipped cream with lime zest! All chilled to perfection! For those of us Key Lime lovers, this a MUST HAVE! I'm not a huge Carrot Cake fan, this one of RARE FEW times that I was absolutely impressed! Flavorful, not dry at all, and the perfect amount of frosting.As good as the food was, I cant say enough about our server Mary. This young lady defines what FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE is! Impeccable timing, a GENUINE polite and caring nature, and attentive. When another server accidentally spilled Aju all over my wife's order, and spilled some of my fries and sped away without more than hasty half mumbled apology before making a hasty exit, it was Mary that bent over backward to make things right. A few moments later the manager Leo materialized and apologized again and insisted on having my wife's order remade at no charge and gave us a free gift certificate as well. In my mind, a mark of a good restaurant is what they do to make things right when a mistake is made. I can state in all candor that there are many up scale establishments that can learn quite a bit from Mary and Leo! This was our first time eating there, and we will ABSOLUTELY be coming back! Good food in generous portions, reasonable prices, and customer service that cant be beat, and a great atmosphere. What more can a diner ask? These guys ROCK!"

"I was with my mother and my friend for the first time. I had no idea what I wanted. Justin, was so friendly, read the menu, offered me suggestions. But that's not the best part. I had some jobs, many of which have badly trained me. I assume that Justin has trained a new team member, and I am, I have listened. He is literally so patient and informative and customer-oriented. When he explained how things are done in the restaurant, he ensured how important it was to make customers welcome. Maybe I shouldn't have been nosy, but I will definitely come back!"

"I visited this restaurant last Tuesday at 6pm and was disappointed to find that there were no salad options available at the salad bar, despite the presence of a staff member. All three containers were empty and there was no broccoli salad. When I inquired, I was told that none had been prepared. The eggs seemed old and the beets were overly soft, resembling mashed potatoes. The ice cream machine also left much to be desired, as the chocolate flavor coming out was discolored and tasted more like Italian ice than ice cream. The vanilla flavor was not much better. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my meal. I have visited this particular Jason's location multiple times and have consistently experienced subpar quality. Prices continue to rise while the quality declines. I have decided that I will make my own salad at home in the future and will not be returning to this restaurant."

"Nice place for lunch for one or a group up to 6. Amlpe seating is available at movable tables for 2. The dining area is well air conditioned and the salad bar is large. It is one of the few places that still have people bring your food to you at your table after you order and pay at the counter. The food is tasty and the sandwiches are reasonably priced for downtown. The people working here are nice and the dining area is very clean."
