"Ordered a fish combination plate. Despite the small portion and the expensive price, I wanted to support the business. Once I tasted the fish and it was devoid of seasoning, I went back to the restaurant to ask if they could prepare the fish again with some seasoning. The immediate response I got from the female employee was you can 't tell us that we didn 't use seasoning . Her entire demeanor was disrespectful, and once I returned the same energy she attempted to gaslight me. I then asked for a refund. They then begin to say that they don 't offer refunds. I work hard for my money and I 'm intentional about where I spend it. I support small businesses, and I 'm completely disappointed. Why would I give my money to doesn 't respect me?! If you don 't know how to speak to customers you 're in the wrong business especially when your food is subpar...Bad food, bad service. Save your money. This is not authentic southern cuisine. PS: they aslo made some weird comment about the words cis and sis, not knowing that my pronouns are they/them. This experience was horrible. All I wanted was for the fish to be seasoned. I didn 't want my money back until I was approached with disrespect."
