"This is the first review I have ever written. I've lived in New York for 7 years and not had this bad of an experience. We ordered two sandwiches. The first was the Sunset Park sandwich with ham and salami. It was delivered as a single slice of ham and a mountain of TURKEY on a hero--we don't eat turkey, which made our long day considerably longer. My meatball sub was delivered without marinara sauce or a toasted hero, both of which were advertised on the menu. The add-ons I paid for were carelessly thrown in the sandwich. When I called to ask them to adjust to order, I was hung up on. This was--without question--the worst meal I have purchased since living in NYC."
